I'm not sure about you but I can tell you I want more. More of everything, more visibility, more social media, more followers, more, more, more! In this episode I am sharing what I recently posted on Instagram and why my notifications were blowing up more than usual. I am sharing what I did and why you need to really start incorporating this into your business. (See the post I am talking about here!)

“We'll learn from our mistakes…” At minute 2:27 hear a few behind the scenes of my brick and mortar business and how we keep getting better every year. We're constantly asking ourselves where can we improve. I also share why this relates to your social media and other content.

“All of these really successful people are talking about the importance of storytelling…” At 3:44 How can you connect with your audience and your community what kinds of things they may want to hear from you. Hear why you just need to get started!  Find something that resonates with your community and what makes them want to jump in on the conversation and share.

“I'm from Wisconsin and I practically only shop at Nordstrom…” At minute 5:31 I talk about why I don’t often share personal things about myself. I care about getting to know other people but I always question why would someone want to know all of that about me? Hear why you need to be sharing things in order to go to that next level.

“If I don't come clean about what I am thinking about, why would I expect them to?…” At 8:00 I talk about my most recent Instagram post that had the most engagement. I share the things I talked about and how it got my community so involved. If I don't come clean about what I am thinking about why would I expect them to?

“I feel like people wanted to share back…” At minute 10:48 I share what happened when I went deeper in my Instagram post and how the community responded. I was able to make a deeper and different type of connection. It is all about balance between personal content and business content but there is a way to combine them.

“Share something you normally wouldn't share…” At 12:41 I challenge you to ask yourself how you can go deeper with your audience. Share something you normally wouldn't share or haven't shared with your audience before and let's just see what happens. Get out of your comfort zone!

Stay tuned for next week’s episode as we are chatting with Sarah Boyd on raising kids in an entrepreneur family. I'm so excited because this isn't a topic I've talked about and I want to make sure I'm being a good role model for whoever it is that's watching me.

In the meantime go over to Instagram, say hello, tag me @stacytuschl and let's keep the conversation going!
