Getting your team more accountable is one of the most commonly requested topics I get asked to talk about.

  2. Rather than tasks, you need to create the opportunity for clear accountability with systems. I dive into more detail of what that looks like and where to start.

  3. The three resources you must have in place in order for your delegation of accountability to truly be successful.
